Once you make this Winter Salad, you will for sure be doing it again. Winter Salad is a very versatile recipe. You will wait for winter to make this one!
Ingredients
  Escarole lettuce 1 , washed, dried, hand torn
  Boston lettuce 1 , washed, dried, hand torn
  Watercress 10 Ounce, washed, dried (1 Package)
  Radishes 250 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)
  White of leek 1 , julienned
  Vinaigrette 1 Tablespoon
  Wine/Sherry vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

–  Arrange shredded lettuce leaves in individual serving bowls or in large salad bowl. Garnish middle with radishes and leek whites. Coat with vinaigrette.
