|Watercress||10 Ounce, washed, dried (1 Package)|
|Radishes||250 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)|
|White of leek||1 , julienned|
|Wine/Sherry vinegar||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Oil||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
