Everyone one at home love the chance of putting together this Mixed Salad. Mixed Salad is healthy, simple and tasty. Anyone will like it!
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Soy oil/Sunflower oil with 2 drops soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Broccoli||125 Milliliter, broken into flowerets (1/2 Cup)|
|Cauliflower||125 Milliliter, broken into flowerets (1/2 Cup)|
|Radishes||60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)|
|Cucumber||60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Celery stalk||1 , diced|
|Fresh mushrooms||5 , sliced|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|
– In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
– In a salad bowl, combine all other ingredients. Coat with dressing. Toss gently.
