Ingredients
  Torn romaine lettuce 11 Cup (176 tbs)
  Sliced cucumbers 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely shredded cabbage 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Purple Colored)
  Coarsely shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet onion slices 5 , separated into rings (Thin)
  Dark raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hulled sunflower seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Add the cucumbers, cabbage, carrot, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds, if desired, and toss to mix.
