Chicken Salad Deluxe
|Buttermilk salad dressing||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Prepared)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Half and half||3 Tablespoon|
|Beau monde seasoning||1 3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whole chicken breasts||2 Pound, skinned, cooked and cubed (5 Pieces)|
|Uncooked 100% semolina medium shell macaroni||10 Ounce, cooked, rinsed, drained and cooled|
|Diced celery||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cut lengthwise into halves|
|Slivered almonds||12 Ounce, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish (1 Package)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 2.25 Ounces Each)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine salad dressing, mayonnaise, half-and-half, seasoning, salt and pepper in small bowl; blend well.
Cover; refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
Combine chicken, shells, celery, grapes, almonds, water chestnuts and onion in large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
