Cantaloupe & Beef Salad

Ingredients
  90% lean ground beef 1 Pound (Extra Lean)
  Chopped fresh mint/1 tablespoon dried leaf mint 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Cantaloupe balls 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cubed jicama 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Creamy reduced calorie italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Torn lettuce leaves 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Brown ground beef in medium skillet.
Drain.
Add mint and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine ground beef mixture, cantaloupe and jicama in serving bowl; stir in dressing.
Add lettuce; toss lightly.
