Ham And Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon 125 Milliliter, cut into pieces (1/2 Cup)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green bell peppers 2 Small, cut into strips
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce, diced (540 Milliliter)
  Cooked rice 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Cooked ham 250 Milliliter, diced (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In an ovenproof skillet, melt bacon and saute onion, green peppers, and garlic.
–  Add other ingredients. Cover and cook in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand to cool.
