  Apple 1⁄2 (Wanted Some Crunch)
  Ear of corn 1
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Juice of lemon 2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

roughly chop veggie/fruit roughly
mix gently all ingredients with hands
