Ingredients
  Baby spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy bean 2 Tablespoon
  Baby carrots 2 Tablespoon
  Fat free cheddar cheesse 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (kraft)
  Mandarin orange 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (canned)
  Salad topping 1 Tablespoon
  Fat free italian dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Broccoli flower 2 Tablespoon, trimmed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, put spinach, soy bean, carrot, cheese and toss to mix.
2. Add in orange, salad topping and mix.
3. Pour the dressing on top and toss well to mix.
4. Put the broccoli trimming on top.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately as desired.
