  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Small shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled (cooked)

Divide the cauliflower into flowerets and cook until tender in boiling salted water.
Cool the cauliflower.
Combine the mayonnaise with the mustard, parsley, tomato puree, chives, salt and pepper.
Combine the cauliflower and the shrimp and toss with the mayonnaise.
Let the salad rest in a cool place for 30 minutes before serving.
