Want a really easy and weight watching dish? In this video, chef Martin makes a grilled Romaine salad using crisped bacon and crumbled blue cheese. As he says, this dish can be eaten as a salad as well as meal by adding chunks of any leftover meat. It needs very little cooking and with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and crumbled blue cheese and crisped bacon on top of the grilled romaine makes a delicious dish.
