|Fresh mint||30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)|
|Soft mozzarella||8 Ounce, cut into bite sized pieces (240 Gram)|
|Pasta||8 Ounce, blanched (240 Gram, Favorite)|
|Fresh basil||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup. Garnish)|
|Anchovies||1 Tablespoon (Garnish)|
|Mancini roasted peppers||7 Ounce (210 Gram)|
|Pepper||To Taste, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
Assemble ingredients into 3-quart bowl.
