Yum Yum Salad
|Shredded pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or 1/2 Cup)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat pineapple and sugar.
Mix gelatine with cold water until dissolved, and then add to hot mixture.
Put in cooler and when starting to set add 3/4 cup grated cheese, and 1/2 pint whipped cream.
Put in molds to set.
