Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely shredded
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 3 , minced into diagonal slices
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 3 , chopped
  Peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except for dressing.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Approximately 30 minutes before serving, pour dressing over salad.
