|Diced carrots||1⁄2 Pint|
|Diced turnips||1⁄4 Pint|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable sauce||1⁄2 Pint|
Boil the vegetables and make the sauce.
Add the egg to the sauce and cook for a minute or two.
Combine sauce and vegetables and serve with chopped parsley sprinkled over.
