Ingredients
  Diced carrots 1⁄2 Pint
  Egg yolk 1
  Diced turnips 1⁄4 Pint
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Peas 1⁄2 Pint
  Vegetable sauce 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Boil the vegetables and make the sauce.
Add the egg to the sauce and cook for a minute or two.
Combine sauce and vegetables and serve with chopped parsley sprinkled over.
