|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 1⁄2 Pound (683 Gram)|
|Raspberry vinegar||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon, Queen Of Hearts Premium Variety)|
|Mayonnaise||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Red onion||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Red peppers||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Mixed salad greens||1⁄2 Pound (230 Grams)|
|Mixed salad greens||1⁄2 Pound (230 Gram, Berries, Kiwi, Avocado Wedges Or Orange Slices, For Garnish)|
|Raspberry vinegar||105 Milliliter (1/4 Cup Plus 3 Tablespoon, Queen Of Hearts Premium Variety)|
Place chicken breasts in heavy skillet, drizzle 1/4 cup vinegar over them and poach for about 7 minutes on each side.
Break into bite-size pieces, drizzle with 2 tbs vinegar, add mayonnaise, onions and pepper.
