  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound (683 Gram)
  Raspberry vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon, Queen Of Hearts Premium Variety)
  Mayonnaise 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Red onion 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Red peppers 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Mixed salad greens 1⁄2 Pound (230 Grams)
  Mixed salad greens 1⁄2 Pound (230 Gram, Berries, Kiwi, Avocado Wedges Or Orange Slices, For Garnish)
  Raspberry vinegar 105 Milliliter (1/4 Cup Plus 3 Tablespoon, Queen Of Hearts Premium Variety)

Place chicken breasts in heavy skillet, drizzle 1/4 cup vinegar over them and poach for about 7 minutes on each side.
Break into bite-size pieces, drizzle with 2 tbs vinegar, add mayonnaise, onions and pepper.
