This Avocado & Romaine Salad With Raspberry-Raspberry Vinaigrette does not really require much cooking. You can easily prepare this Avocado & Romaine Salad With Raspberry-Raspberry Vinaigrette. Cook it up easily if you have got raspberries at home!
Ingredients
  Fresh raspberries 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Raspberry vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Organic)
  Canola oil 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup,High oleic)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste
  Fresh tarragon 2 Teaspoon, minced (10 Milliliters)
Directions

Vinaigrette: In a small mixing bowl, combine the raspberries and raspberry vinegar.
Mash the berries with fork and allow them to macerate in the vinegar for approximately 10 minutes.
Whisk the canola oil into the berry-vinegar mixture.
Add the salt and pepper.
Add the optional tarragon.
