New Caesar-Style Salad

This New Caesar-Style Salad does not really require much cooking. You can easily prepare this New Caesar-Style Salad by simply combining all the ingredients furnished and then a bit of clever cooking. Cook it up easily!
Ingredients
  French bread slices 2 , cubed (3 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Elephant garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and finely minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Limestone lettuce 720 Milliliter, torn (3 Cups)
  Romaine lettuce 720 Milliliter, torn (3 Cups)
  Grated parmesan cheese 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Limestone lettuce 720 Milliliter, torn
  Romaine lettuce 720 Milliliter, torn
Directions

Sprinkle bread cubes on baking sheet; bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10-12 minutes or until toasted.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, anchovy paste, garlic and pepper.
Remove toasted bread from oven; place in a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle 2 tbs of the dressing mixture over croutons; toss to coat.
In a salad bowl toss together limestone and romaine lettuce.
Add croutons, remaining dressing and Parmesan cheese; toss well.
