Cheddar Cheese Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 13 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 3
Directions

In bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool slightly, then beat in sour cream and mayonnaise.
Stir in undrained pineapple; chill till partially set.
Fold in cheese.
Pour into a 4 cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
