Cauliflower And Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower florets 3⁄4 Pound, divided into florets
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen whole green beans 1⁄2 Pound
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Red And Green)
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped (For Garnish)
Directions

1 Place the cauliflower florets in a shallow, oval dish, keeping stems to centre.
2 Add 3 tablespoons of the water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, and pierce.
3 Microwave on full power for 5-6 minutes. Stir and set aside.
4 Put the beans into a shallow oval dish and add 2 tablespoons of water.
5 Cover tightly with plastic wrap and pierce in centre. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Set aside.
6 Drain the cauliflower and beans. Combine in a bowl and pour over the French dressing.
7 Add the peppers and toss to coat. Cool and then refrigerate.
8 Pile into a serving dish and, if liked, garnish with chopped egg.
