Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), stalks removed, finely shredded
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 3 , chopped
  Unsalted sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a salad bowl, mix vegetables, raisins and parsley.
Add sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve only, pour over salad.
