|White cabbage||1 Small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon (With Lemon Juice)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Quarter the cabbage and remove the tough stalk.
Shred the quarters across the gram in very thin slivers.
Soak in ice cold salted water for a half hour to crisp.
Dry in a tea cloth.
Rub the bowl with the crushed clove of garlic.
Add shredded cabbage, chives, parsley, and seasoning.
Toss in the oil and lemon juice (or use the mayonnaise).
