|Kasha||720 Milliliter, uncooked (3 Cups, Coarse Or Whole)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
|Cooked chicken||480 Milliliter, diced (2 Cups)|
|Red apple||1 Large, diced|
|Raisins||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Chopped celery||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Oil||160 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Vinegar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Honey||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliters)|
Prepare kasha according to package directions, using chicken broth.
When kasha is cool, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Pour over salad and toss gently.
