Spicy Cucumber-Orange Salad is my favorite salad. I tasted Spicy Cucumber-Orange Salad first at my friend's home. It was so good I had to learn how to make it at home. Yum, yum, yummy!
Cucumber 1 , thinly sliced (Hot House Variety)
Orange 1 Large, peeled, thinly sliced and cut in quarters
Red onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced and separated into rings
Fresh anaheim chile 1 Large, seeded and chopped
White vinegar 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Salad oil 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cups)
Fresh oregano/1 teaspoons crushed dried oregano 15 Milliliter, crushed (1 Tablespoon)
Fresh sage/1 teaspoon ground dried sage 2 Teaspoon, chopped (10 Milliliters)
Fresh cilantro 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)

In a deep glass bowl toss together the cucumber slices, orange pieces, onion and Chile.
In a covered container place the vinegar, oil and remaining ingredients; shake together until blended.
Pour over salad mixture; stir to coat all ingredients.
Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
