This Savory Salmon Salad is one among the many delicious other salad I have tried my hand at and it turns out to be a hit every time I make it. The Savory Salmon Salad given below is indeed a salad with a difference. Find out why!
|Salmon filet||1 Pound (340-455 Grams)|
|Tarragon||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Olive oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion/3 large shallots / fresh chives, finely chopped||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise||80 Milliliter (60-1/3 Cups, To Taste)|
|Green leaf lettuce||1⁄2 Pound, mixed red and green leaf, tossed with 1 tablespoons / 15 milliliter savory tarragon vinegar (230 Grams)|
|Savory tarragon vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Drizzle vinegar over salmon, then olive oil and bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 10-15 minutes, until fish flakes.
Mix with onion, shallots or chives and mayo.
