  Large raw shrimp/Scallops 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and deveined (230 Grams)
  Water 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Lime juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliters)
  Minced green onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Minced fresh cilantro 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Habanero 1 , rehydrated and very finely minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Shredded zucchini 480 Milliliter (2 Cups, Yellow Or Green)
  Shredded carrot 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)

Place shrimp or scallops in a nonmetal dish.
Stir together water, lime juice, oil, onion, cilantro, habanero and garlic; pour over shrimp.
Cover and chill for 2-6 hours.
