Cheese Salad is an amazingly easy to prepare recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. The delicious Cheese Salad will get you a lots of compliments for your creativity.
Ingredients
  Gouda cheese 10 Ounce
  Cooked ham 5 Ounce
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Chopped pimentos 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 4 Ounce
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the cheese and ham into 1/2-inch strips.
Slice the mushrooms, saute, and add them, the peas, and the pimentos to the ham and cheese strips.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the oil, vinegar, brandy, salt, and pepper, and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
