Chef Keith Snow creates a delicious mixed green salad from his garden with a pomegranate vinaigrette.
Ingredients
  Organic filed greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Organic carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), julienned
  Pomegranate vinaigrette 3 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Parmigiano reggiano 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Toss your washed and dried greens with the carrot, vinaigrette and top with a touch of cheese.
