Delight Of The Sea Macaroni Salad

  Macaroni 500 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups)
  Fish fillets 500 Milliliter, flaked (2 Cups, Cooked / Canned)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Red pepper 1 Small, slivered
  Celery 125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)
  Sour cream 190 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Light cream/Milk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Fresh dill/1 teaspoon / 5 milliliter dried dill 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)

€¢ Microwave the elbow macaroni according to the Pasta Cooking Chart. Drain and cool.
€¢ Place cooked macaroni in a bowl. Add the flaked fish, green and red pepper and diced celery. Stir the whole with a fork.
€¢ Blend the remaining ingredients, then mix with the macaroni mixture. Toss lightly. Serve in a nest of lettuce or surround with watercress.
€¢ In summer, I sometimes use the mixture to stuff fresh tomatoes.
€¢ Do not refrigerate but keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
