Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon 8 Ounce, diced
  Bread slices 4 , diced
  Vegetable oil 6 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Egg 1
  Romaine lettuce head 2
  Fresh parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Anchovy fillets 6 , chopped
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , quartered
Directions

In a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Set aside.
In bacon drippings, toast diced bread.
In a large bowl, mix dressing ingredients with a wooden spoon.
When ready to serve only, tear lettuce over dressing.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Add bacon and croutons.
Garnish with parsley, anchovies and quartered eggs.
Toss.
