Ingredients
  Boston lettuce head 1 , hand torn
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Hard boiled egg 1 , sliced
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a salad bowl, arrange vegetables, cheese and egg slices decoratively.
In a jar, mix dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve only, pour over salad.
