Fresh Broccoli Salad
|Fresh broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed|
|Ginger powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh orange juice||3 Ounce|
|Olive oil||3 Ounce|
|White wine vinegar||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Toasted almonds||1 Tablespoon, grated (For Garnish)|
|Swiss cheese||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Cook broccoli until crisp (do not overcook).
Put ginger powder, orange juice, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl.
Add chopped eggs.
When broccoli has cooled, place it in a salad bowl and pour the mixed dressing over it.
Marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, garnish with almonds and sprinkle with grated swiss cheese.
