Fresh Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh broccoli 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed
  Ginger powder 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 3 Ounce
  Olive oil 3 Ounce
  White wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Toasted almonds 1 Tablespoon, grated (For Garnish)
  Swiss cheese 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Cook broccoli until crisp (do not overcook).
Put ginger powder, orange juice, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl.
Stir slowly.
Add chopped eggs.
When broccoli has cooled, place it in a salad bowl and pour the mixed dressing over it.
Marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, garnish with almonds and sprinkle with grated swiss cheese.
