  Coarsely shredded red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Avocado 1 Medium, peeled, and sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , cut into wedges
  Cherry tomatoes 6
  Vinaigrette dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)

Toss spinach leaves with shredded cabbage.
Mound vegetables on a salad plate and surround alternately with avocado slices and egg wedges.
