Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 14 Ounce, drained
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced into diagonal slices
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Set aside.
In a salad bowl, mix vegetables.
Pour dressing over salad.
Toss.
