  Lettuce 1 Large
  Chopped parsley/Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Cooked shrimps 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Pint

Make a nest of crisp lettuce leaves on each plate.
Cut the eggs in half and place in the centre, cut side up.
Cover the eggs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the chives or parsley.
Surround the eggs with the shrimps and serve at once.
