Salmon Salad Supreme

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Canned salmon 15 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Soak gelatine in cold water; mix egg yolks beaten with salt, mustard, milk and butter, and cook over slow heat until thick.
Add vinegar.
Add gelatine and salmon.
Fold in egg whites.
