Ingredients
  Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), chopped
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a salad bowl, mix spinach and mushrooms.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Pour over vegetables.
Toss salad.
