Ingredients
  Boston lettuce head 1 , hand torn
  Tomatoes 3 , diced
  Carrots 2 , grated
  Cooked beet 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Fresh basil 3 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing)
  Fennel leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing)
  Virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Dressing)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon (Dressing)
Directions

In a salad bowl, mix vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Pour over vegetables.
