Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 4 Ounce, drained
  Seedless green grapes 8 Ounce (Small Grapes)
  Fresh peaches 2 , peeled, stoned and sliced
  Carrots 2 , scraped and grated
  Green pepper 1 Small, pitted, seeded and thinly sliced
  Spring onion 2 , finely chopped
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  French dressing 5 Ounce (Made With Lemon Juice Instead Of Vinegar)
  Cos lettuce leaves 1 , outer leaves removed, washed and shredded
Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, carefully combine the pineapple, grapes, peaches, carrots, green pepper, spring onions [scallions], radishes and French dressing.
Arrange the shredded lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a shallow serving dish and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture in the centre.
