Fruit And Vegetable Salad
|Canned pineapple chunks||4 Ounce, drained|
|Seedless green grapes||8 Ounce (Small Grapes)|
|Fresh peaches||2 , peeled, stoned and sliced|
|Carrots||2 , scraped and grated|
|Green pepper||1 Small, pitted, seeded and thinly sliced|
|Spring onion||2 , finely chopped|
|Radishes||6 , sliced|
|French dressing||5 Ounce (Made With Lemon Juice Instead Of Vinegar)|
|Cos lettuce leaves||1 , outer leaves removed, washed and shredded|
In a medium sized mixing bowl, carefully combine the pineapple, grapes, peaches, carrots, green pepper, spring onions [scallions], radishes and French dressing.
Arrange the shredded lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a shallow serving dish and pile the fruit and vegetable mixture in the centre.
