Cauliflower And Avocado Salad
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ripe avocado pear||1|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 , peeled and cut into eighths|
|Crumbled cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Roquefort Or Blue)|
1. Divide the cauliflower into flowerets, cover with iced water, and chill for 1 hour.
2. Drain and dry cauliflower. Then chop coarsely, and put into a bowl. Pour over the French dressing, and leave for 2 hours.
3. Just before serving, add the peeled and diced avocado, olives, tomatoes, and cheese.
