Shrimp Salad

Shrimp Salad gets its taste from boiled shrimp mixed with mayonnaise and tomatoes flavored with vinegar. Shrimp Salad is inspired by many food chains worldwide.
Ingredients
  Fresh shrimp 1 Pound, boiled
  Chopped sweet green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1 Dash
  Crisp lettuce head 1
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, quartered
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Shell the shrimp and remove the veins in backs with a sharp knife.
Leave the shrimp whole.
Make a sauce by mixing all other ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes.
Put the shrimp in the sauce and mix well.
Arrange the lettuce and quartered tomatoes on salad plates and distribute the shrimp and sauce over them.
Garnish with fresh parsley and mayonnaise, and serve chilled.
