Chicken Salad With Lychees
|Cooked diced chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery stalks||3 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|French dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lychees||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned mandarins||11 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine the chicken, celery, and green pepper. Add salt, pepper, and the French dressing. Toss lightly together and chill for about 1/2 hour.
2. Arrange salad greens around a large platter and pile the chicken mixture in the center.
3. Drain the lychees and mandarins. Place a mandarin segment in each lychee and arrange around the edge or down the center.
4. Blend all the ingredients for the dressing together and chill well.
