Tomato And Herb Salad
|Wine vinegar/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Herbs||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. Peel some firm tomatoes, cut them into fairly thick slices, and arrange them on a platter. Sprinkle with a little salt, a few drops of olive oil and wine vinegar or lemon juice.
2. Sprinkle thickly with chopped herbs as available parsley, chives, dill, basil, tarragon, etc.
