Ingredients
  Fresh crabmeat 1 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Crisp lettuce head 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the crabmeat in a mixing bowl with mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, and seasoning.
Stir without breaking up the crabmeat too much.
Hollow out the tomatoes with a sharp knife and fill them with the crabmeat mixture.
Arrange on lettuce leaves on salad plates, decorate with sprigs of parsley and a dash of mayonnaise.
