|Macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Shell Or Ring)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
|Sliced gherkins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Very finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked peas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water, drain well, add the butter, and toss lightly.
2. Add cheese, gherkins, onion, and peas.
3. Stir in the mayonnaise and blend carefully, making sure the macaroni is well mixed with the mayonnaise.
4. Check the seasoning and set aside to chill.
