|Sugar free gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, Lemon Flavored Jell-O Brand)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tarragon leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced cooked turkey breast||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes/Seedless red grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers or serving dishes.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with grapes and celery leaf, if desired.
