Salad Veronique

Your dinner table will be complete with this salad Veronique. The crunch to this salad Veronique is gifted by the addition of celery and grapes to the mixture. A great recipe indeed!
Ingredients
  Sugar free gelatin 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, Lemon Flavored Jell-O Brand)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked turkey breast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless green grapes/Seedless red grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers or serving dishes.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with grapes and celery leaf, if desired.
