Smoked salmon with lobster and potato salad

The smoked salmon is a real work of art that you would not be able to stop admiring yourself. Surprise your guests with this wonderful creation and catch them absolutely spellbound. A very easy and highly nutritious recipe, it is a wonderful treat for any occasion.
  Smoked salmon 150 Gram
  Lobster meat 50 Gram
  Potato 30 Gram (cooked)
  Mayonnaise 30 Gram
  Lemon juice 20 Milliliter
  Shallots 10 Gram
  Parsley 5 Gram
  Dijon mustard 3 Gram
  Coriander sprig 1
  Cress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cream dressing 10 Milliliter

Mix meat, potatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, shallots and parsley
-Plate it using a ring
-Slice salmon and arrange
-Pipe mustard mayonnaise mixed with cream which has been chilled for sometime to give a thick line
-Garnish with mescluin and serve chilled
