Ingredients
  Apples 2
  Pears 3
  Peaches 3
  Pineapple 1
  Confectioners sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cointreau/Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Pare, core, and slice apples and pears. Halve, pit, peel, and slice peaches. Cut pineapple into chunks.
2. Place fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar to taste. Sprinkle with rum or Cointreau.
3. Cover the bowl tightly and chill for at least 6 hours so the sugar draws out fruit juices.
