Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
  Raw carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blender mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped soy nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peanuts 2 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

In medium sized bowl, combine shredded carrots and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, honey and salt; blend together.
Pour dressing over carrot raisin mixture and mix together thoroughly.
Chill before serving.
Line a serving dish with greens; spoon salad in center and sprinkle soy nuts or chopped peanuts over top and serve.
