|Oranges||2 Medium, peeled and sectioned|
|Red onion||1 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Container)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil/Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion rings, and water chestnuts.
Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
For dressing, in a screw top jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame seed, and mustard.
Cover and shake well.
Pour dressing over salad.
Toss lightly to coat.
