Spinach Salad has a great taste. The top dressing over the Spinach Salad gives a pleasant look and nice taste. The Salad lovers must try this Spinach Salad.
  Torn fresh spinach 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Oranges 2 Medium, peeled and sectioned
  Red onion 1 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Container)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seed 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon

For salad, in a large salad bowl place spinach, orange sections, onion rings, and water chestnuts.
Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
For dressing, in a screw top jar combine orange juice, oil, honey, sesame seed, and mustard.
Cover and shake well.
Pour dressing over salad.
Toss lightly to coat.
