Learn to make Asparagus And Green Leaf Salad with a really great sesame ginger vinaigrette.
Ingredients
  Steamed asparagus 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1 inch lengths, cooled
  Sesame ginger vinaigrette 3 Tablespoon (Search Sesame Ginger To Find On The Site)
  Green leaf lettuce/Other lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed and spun dry
  Organic green leaf lettuce/Other lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed and spun dry
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into fine dice
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Toss asparagus in a little vinaigrette to coat.
2. Add lettuces a few tbs of additional sesame ginger vinaigrette, salt and pepper then toss gently, garnish with carrot, enjoy.

Chef notes: Buy Asparagus as soon as possible after it is harvested. Look for smooth skin, bright green color, compact heads, and freshly cut ends.
